EV Charging Stations
Important information for private EV owners: Starting from May 2025, Enefit will discontinue offering EV charging station services to private individuals. Charging equipment will no longer be sold or installed for new private customers. However, warranty service and maintenance will continue for all existing installations as specified in the agreement.

Useful tips for home EV charging
Although Enefit is no longer installing private home chargers, here’s some useful information if you’re planning to install your own solution:
- You can install a charger in a private house, townhouse, garage, underground parking, or carport.
- When choosing equipment, consider the type of charger, power output (e.g. 11 kW, 22 kW), number of connectors, mounting location (wall or ground), and manufacturer specifications.
- When planning the installation, assess battery charging time, charging speed, charger capacity, and safety. Also take into account your EV model, home electrical system, and available space.
- Don’t forget to check for government subsidies. Visit the Lithuanian Energy Agency (ENA) website for up-to-date information.
